In Newhall, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across California vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Valencia MBZ & VW at (661) 251-0069; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 62 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Newhall.
Newhall is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Newhall follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Excellent service! I brought my 2023 VW ID.4 in because of a clicking noise coming from the door hinge. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, tightened the hinge properly with the right tool, and even checked and tightened the other hinges to make sure everything was in good shape. He was very friendly and professional. I really appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Highly recommend Valencia MBZ & VW!

My family of 7 was about a couple hours into a road trip when our 2012 Sprinter went into limp mode. We were fortunate that it happened only a few miles from this shop so we gave them a call and Daniel said to bring it in. He quickly performed some diagnostics and ordered the sensors that needed to be replaced. He quite literally our trip. He was also very nice, even recommended a nearby park for us to take the kids while we had to wait. What could have been a complete disaster ended up being a hiccup and we were back on the road in a total of 5 hours. We drove it 1500 miles further with no issues. After having many different shops and dealers work on the van over the years this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend!

The best service I have had in years! The team is friendly, professional, quick, and kind. I needed a last minute oil change right before 4th of July, when every other shop was closed. They were able to squeeze me in! Fantastic team and vibes. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!!

Yesterday I found myself in a bind on my way to work — I stopped for gas and realized my fuel door wouldn’t open. With only 35 miles left before empty, I started to panic. I found Valencia MBZ & VW in Newhall and Daniel truly saved the day. He came out right away, got my fuel door open, ordered the part I needed, and replaced it quickly. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond when I really needed help. Thank you so much, Daniel. I’m extremely grateful for your honesty and the awesome service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others!

Hands down the best MB mechanic in SCV. He’s the only one I trust with my car. He is very honest and he really knows what he is doing. I don’t want to move out of Santa Clarita because I might not find anyone else I can trust to take care of my car. That’s how good and trustworthy Danny is.
